Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
The college works within the Head, Heart, Hands framework to facilitate balanced life giving faith formation for staff. This has most recently featured a retreat day, work with the Our Lady’s Nurses for the Poor, a talk from Bishop Terrence Brady, making Christmas hampers for those in need and staff connection through meditation, prayer and Zoom catch ups.
